Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2013, around 19:30 on May 3, 2013, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts by following the following: (a) the Defendant left the election of the representative of the occupants of the above apartment on the same day with the Defendant; (b) the victim D, elected by the president, on the same day; and (c) the victim D, elected by the president, on several lots of people, such as E, “D weather demanded money and valuables to the representative of the merchant on the condition that he will open the market by sunrise to the F

2. 피고인은 2013. 7. 10. 16:00경 청주시 상당구 F아파트 관리사무소 앞 놀이터에서, 그곳 관리사무소에서 근무하는 경리직원인 G 등 여러 사람이 있는 자리에서 "여기 소장(D)이 C아파트 입주자대표회장인데, 삥 먹고 뇌물 먹었다. 네가 H이냐 독재하게, 대표회장 내놔"라고 소리침으로써 공연히 허위의 사실을 적시하여 피해자의 명예를 훼손하였다.
