A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C (the age of 25) are between the defendant and the victim, from April 2016 to June 2016 of the same year, and the relationship between the defendant and the victim was completed on June 11, 2016 while they were in a personal relationship from April 2016 to June 2016.
