Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children against Sexual Abuse (Distribution, etc. of obscenity) and violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (use and photographing of Kameras, etc.) are those who came to know of the victim C (or 18 years of age) while in office as a fixed-term teaching teacher at high school and were dead from September 2015 with the victim.

On December 2, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant produced a child’s obscene material by photographing the victim’s body against his/her will using a mechanical device having the function of a camera, which is capable of causing sexual humiliation or shameing with the victim, by taking the victim’s sexual intercourse with the female juvenile under the age of 19, in a video recording of the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim’s cell phone, with a view to gathering the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim’s sexual intercourse with him/her, and then storing the video file in the Defendant’s cell phone.
