Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 10, 2013, the Defendant participated in the Resolution on the Dispute Settlement of Non-regular Motor Vehicles, which was held by the “MMno-Modern Motor Vehicle Irregular Committee” in front of the Dong-gu Office in the city of Overcheon from May 10, 2013 to 16:10.

After the completion of the above resolution, the Defendant moved 700 passengers from 17:17 on the same day to 22:15 on the same day, using 23 buses to 700 buses, moved to and depart from the intersections located in the bus sub-sections in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area, and opened a meeting with six-lanes from 16:53 to 17:03 on the same day, and opened a meeting with four-lanes in front of the front of the modern car series of Hyundai Motor Vehicles through Marost, while occupying two-lanes.

After the completion of the above resolution, the Defendant 2,50 other union members and 16:25 p.m., the Defendant her two lanes together with 2,500 other union members, and continued to hold a meeting with 500 union members and 18:20 p.m. from 18:40 p.m. to 19:30 p.m. in front of the modern car stop at around 17:25 to 17:01. Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with other union members.
