Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2013, from around 15:00 to 16:05, the Defendant participated in the Resolution for the Resolution on the Non-regular Metal Workers' Unions at the forest paths of the Yang Jae-dong Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul, with 2,500 members belonging to the Federation of the Korean Metal Workers' Unions, together with 2,50 members belonging to the Federation of the Korean Metal Workers' Unions.

After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant occupied a lane for about 126 minutes from around 16:30 to 18:36, while trying to move ahead of the Hyundai Motor Vehicle Head Office in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with approximately 2,500 participants in other assemblies, and occupied the lanes from 16:30 to 18:36 to moving ahead of the Hyundai Motor Vehicle Head Office.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

From May 15, 2013 to 15:00-18:00 on May 15, 2013, the assembly mentioned in the above facts of crime was reported to the effect that the participants, including the Defendant, will cooperate in the passage of the vehicle using two lanes to the bus stops in front of the Hyundai Motor Vehicle Head Office by using two lanes (No. 43 of the Investigation Records). However, according to the evidence duly examined and duly adopted in this court, the participants, including the Defendant, report, have a slick under the front of the Hyundai Motor Vehicle Head Office, before dissolution according to the police dissolution procedure even after the completion of the report.
