Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as a modern automobile electric-time non-regular sub-branch B, and no person shall damage or fire a land, waterway, or bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means.

1. At around 15:00 on May 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a meeting of “non-regular metal labor union resolution conference” in which the total number of 1,000 participants participate, including 300 persons from the expansion of metal labor unions, 600 non-regular workers, and 1,00 persons, held in front of the D restaurant located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) opened the Defendant’s bus that the police would go to the head office of the Hyundai Motor Vehicle in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at around 16:50 on the same day; (c) opened the Defendant’s bus that the police would go to the front of the head office of the Hyundai Motor Vehicle in Seocho-gu, Seoul, with other union members; and (d) opened the front lane to move to the front of the head office of the Hyundai Motor Vehicle in Seocho-dong, thereby making it impossible for other participants in the conference to compete with other general public to pass the vehicular distance to the road for public use.

2. On May 15, 2013, at around 16:00, the Defendant participated in an assembly of the “non-regular-regular metal labor union conference” in which a total of 1,000 persons, including 300 persons from the expansion of metal labor unions, 600 non-regular workers from modern and practical vehicles, and 100 other 10 persons, etc., held in forests of the citizens living in Yang Jae-dong Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and subsequently, the Defendant interfered with traffic by in collusion with other participants, such as making it impossible to pass the vehicular road for public traffic in collusion with other participants.
