A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1 through 7, 11, 12 shall be confiscated.

3.3.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, not the handler of narcotics, sold and purchased psychotropic drugs, on three occasions after purchasing the psychotropic drug campacters (hereinafter “camphones”), as follows. A.

On November 21, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2.5 million from D in the Defendant’s passenger car parked in front of the exit No. 4 of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and approximately 10 grams of a penphone, which is divided into 12 pieces for a day-to-day injection.

B. At around 14:30 on November 23, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 900,000 from F, one-time injection device containing approximately 1.4g of the philopon purchased under the foregoing paragraph (a), from one’s own after-delivery G, which was located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, and sold them.

C. The Defendant heard that H and I want to purchase a written phone from G, and attempted to sell a written phone to I, and attempted to deliver a written phone in the middle to I. H.

At around 23:30 on November 28, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from H to H for a single-use cell phone, which contains approximately one gram of the penphones purchased as in the above paragraph (a), and sold it to H for a single-use cell phone. D.

On December 29, 2014, at around 22:45, the Defendant: (a) boarded 200,000 won for five grams of Handphones, which the Defendant agreed to sell to I in the vicinity of the Gun branch in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and moved to K in the lower seat of the car he operated by H, and (b) moved to K in the middle-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu; and (c) sold to H a vinyl boom and a one of a one of a one for a single-use injection to H, which contains about six point oneg in total among phiphonephones purchased as mentioned in the foregoing paragraph (a).

2. Delivery of philophones and points of administration.

A. At around 12:30 on October 2014, the Defendant purchased from his/her name in the rest room for F staff in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, approximately 0. Handphones.
