A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

2,006,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Detention House on December 5, 2016.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the Metepha (the clopon, the copon, the copon, the copon; hereinafter referred to as the coponon) as follows.

1. Trading, etc. Handphones;

On February 2, 2018, the Seocho-gu Incheon E Defendant’s residence in Seo-gu, Incheon, provided approximately 0.1g of the penphone purchased from the above B without compensation to D.

On February 2, 2018, in Seo-gu Incheon F, approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased from the Gnart club near the above-mentioned sub-competence, among the philophones purchased from the above-mentioned sub-competence, D without compensation.

E. From the end of February 2018

3. From among the philophones purchased from the above B (59) in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, a day, received approximately KRW 0.7 g (10 canms for a single-time divers) from D to KRW 2.50,000,000 from D, and sold a philophone to D.

G. On April 14, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 900,00 from around 18:16 to around 19:23 at around 19:23, upon request of I to seek a phiphone, and received KRW 900,00 from the account number on the same day.
