Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

At around 23:20 on March 18, 2012, the Defendant driven BM3 car driving in the state of 0.247% alcohol concentration in blood, from the roads in front of the Seodong Doodong Doo-dong Doodong Doo-dong to the roads in front of the 633th place of the same Doo-dong Doo-dong.
