Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven a blood alcohol level of 0.184% under the influence of alcohol level B, and operated approximately 200 meters from the old in the front of the So-dong So-dong New Apartment in Yangju-dong in Yangju-si to the front of the So-dong So-dong So-dong Park in Yangju-dong.
