Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2014, at around 18:35, the Defendant driven B strawing vehicles with approximately 30km from the street in front of the fenced valley, Mancheon-si, Mancheon-si, to the street in front of the three-distance long-distance from the river in Yancheon-si, Yancheon-si, in the state of alcohol content of 0.160% in blood.
