Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2012, around 22:55, the Defendant driven a B-hand car owned by B-M in the state of alcohol 0.057% alcohol concentration at approximately 300 meters from the shooting distance of Seoul P-Sin-dong 54 meters to the control point where Yangju-si located in Yangju-si.
