A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, Nos. 1, 5, 11 through 13 are attached hereto.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 06:30 on January 4, 2019, the fourth floor of the E-university No. D, which was administered by Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, the lower court: (b) caused intrusion into the building through the first floor windows of the first floor without glass; and (c) cut off the market price of the victim school juristic person B (hereinafter “victim’s private teaching institute”) connected to the above building, such as the toilet, ceiling, power distribution team, etc. inside and outside of the building by using the cutting machine, hacksaw, etc., which was located in the said building.

In addition, from that to February 10, 2019, the Defendant, as indicated in the No. 3, 9, 10, and 14 of the crime sight table in the building of the E-university No. 1 of the above E-university from that to that of February 10, 2019, infringed upon a structure at a total of four times during a period of time or at night, and stolen the offline pipes and electric wires, etc., which are the market price

Around 06:00 on January 2, 2019, the Defendant, at night, attempted to larceny or attempted to larceny buildings, and the Defendant, who intruded into the building into the building through the window of the first floor of the E University No. 1, as described in paragraph (1), and attempted to cut off the market price of the victim’s private teaching institute connected to the toilets, ceiling, power distribution teams, etc. inside and outside of the said building by using cutting machines, hacks, etc., which were located in the said building, and carried out to cut off, but did not bring about an attempted crime, even though the Defendant attempted to do so.

In addition, the Defendant attempted to steal the pipes and electric wires from the market price, which is the private teaching institute owned by the victim, on five occasions in total, as described in the No. 2, No. 4,6, and No. 8 of the List of Crimes, from the building of the E-university No. 1 to January 14, 2019, from the building of the E-university No. 2, No. 2, No. 4,6, and no. 8.
