A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

One of the simplified hacks seized (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On December 5, 1997, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court Branch of the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court, on June 4, 1999, and was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. on October 20, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of suspension of execution for one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Seocheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court, and on May 11, 2011, the court was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime and became final and conclusive on May 19, 201, and the execution of each of the above punishment was terminated at the Macheon Prison Prison on November 21, 2013, and completed the execution of each of the punishment by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (i.).

[Criminal facts]

1. On November 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) around 02:00 on November 11, 2016, at the victim D in Jeju Island; (b) at the victim D in B at the Lina greenhouse managed by E; and (c) upon destroying the entrance rectification device by using a simplified saw (31cm in length) which was in possession; and (d) intruded into the entrance; and (e) cut one with a cut machine equivalent to KRW 80,00 won at the market price owned by the victim D; and (e) one cut machine equivalent to KRW 50,000 at the market price.

2. On November 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft on November 14, 2016 at the place indicated in paragraph (1) at around 02:00, by using the stolen cutting device as above, and intruded into the entrance, and then thefted with property worth KRW 35,000,000 in total, including rice 5 ggg and 4 g if the victim D owner was placed on the floor.

3. On November 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) (thief) shall intrude into the places indicated in paragraph (1) at around 02:0 on November 18, 2016 in the same manner as that indicated in paragraph (2) and shall take the place in which he/she intrudes into the places.
