A Imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and for six months, respectively.

However, as to the above Defendants, this part of the judgment is correct.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-offendered Defendants had the mind to “nicking” in order to raise the cost of living, in which the cost of living falls, while going through without any particular occupation.

On August 10, 2019, from around 03:00 to 04:00, the Defendants reported the network in the vicinity of Defendant B, and Defendant A opened a door to the G window of the victim E and entered the next door to the victim E, and brought one head of the Tong and one security card at the Gyeongnam bank, the market price of the victim owned.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the property owned by the victim.

B. From around 03:00 on August 10, 2019 to around 04:00, the Defendants committed the crime as referred to in the above paragraph (a) and brought up at the International Apartment J Apartment-dong Ground Parking Lot, Jinju-si, and Defendant A reported the network around the region, and Defendant B opened a door that was parked at the victim H’s Ha’s parking site, and brought up 50,000 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the property owned by the victim.

C. The Defendants were willing to withdraw a deposit from the consolidated account by inserting the fact that the password is written in the signature box of the stolen H H card, as seen above.

At around 04:00 on August 10, 2019, the Defendants posted the above physical card to the cash payment machine that manages the victim's name in the M convenience store located in Jinju L, and then withdrawn the password from KRW 300,000,000, and then withdrawn the password from the connection account of the above physical card more than four times from that time to 04:05 on the same day, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table (1).

Accordingly, the defendants jointly do the property of each victim.
