A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Daegu District Court for six months, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Daegu District Court on August 14, 2012 and two months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Daegu District Court on January 8, 2013, which became final and conclusive on January 8, 2013, and completed the execution of the final sentence in the Daegu Prison prison on August 10, 2013.

In addition, on December 1, 2010, the defendant was notified of a summary order of 300,000 won for larceny by the Daegu District Court.

1. C and joint crimes;

A. Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property in collaboration with C.

2. On September 16, 2014, the Defendant solely committed a crime: (a) at a bicycle depository located in front of the Korean City Tti Bank located in 2105 as of the Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, a bicycle storage room; (b) discovered a bicycle installed therein and drifting a locking device; and (c) destroyed the locking device; and (d) brought one bicycle set of at least 500,000 won at the market price of the victim I.
