1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and six months, a short term of one year, and a fine of three hundred thousand won;
the amount equivalent to a fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A, R, and B] The Defendants stolen another’s property jointly with the following:
1. On May 29, 2018, Defendants A, R, and D were found to have not set the door of the AB car owned by the victim AB, who was parked in the Z apartment parking lot in Jinju-si around 00:20 on May 29, 2018, along with D, who was a juvenile of the promotion law, and the Defendants, opened the above vehicle door and cut off the vehicle at the seat of the said vehicle, and stolen 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim.
2. On June 3, 2018, at around 00:05, Defendant A and D, along with the foregoing D, discovered that the door of AEbenz car owned by the victim, parked in front of the entrance of AC apartment building AD at the Jinju-si, and Defendant A reported the network around the said vehicle, and Defendant A opened a vehicle door and stolen KRW 1,30,000 in cash on the back seat of the said D.
3. On June 24, 2018, Defendants A and B jointly committed the following crimes: (a) around 23:09, Defendant A and B opened an unlocked back door at AH restaurant for the operation of the Victim AF at Jinju-si; and (b) cut off with cash KRW 100,000 within the payment period for cash withdrawal.

1. On June 18, 2018, Defendant R R driven at approximately 20km from the roads of the AJ University located in AI to the roads front of the JJ tunnel, Jin-si, Jin-si without a motor device bicycle license, at approximately 19:50 on June 18, 2018.

1. On June 23, 2018, Defendant B and AL (the conditional suspension of indictment on August 6, 2018) find that, around 04:00 on June 23, 2018, a car door owned by the injured party AO owned by the victim, parked in the AMF apartment dedicated parking lot located in the AMFN-dong and the AL does not lock. The AL reported the network around the said car, and the Defendant opened a vehicle door and opened it, and there is considerable amount of money exceeding 20,000 won in cash in the said vehicle.
