1. At around 01:00 on June 29, 2016, the Defendant reported the network at the “CB” restaurant operated by the Victim CA in Kimpo-si, and the Defendant opened an unlocked window at the front of the restaurant and entered the restaurant, and carried the cash owned by the victim.

As a result, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with K.
