Punishment of the crime

1. As a result, Defendant V forged one copy of the private document on the rights and obligations under the name of AT without authority in collusion with Q for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations under the name of AT.

2. On November 10, 2010, the event of the above investigation document and the fraud of the Defendant V issued a forged real estate lease agreement (monthly) to the employee AU who is in charge of loan who is aware of the forgery at the Nam-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, as well as A Q, together with the entire registration record certificate, etc. at the Southern Agricultural Station located in 902-1, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seoul.

V, by submitting the forged lease contract as above, deceiving the employees in charge of the above agricultural loan and transferred KRW 75 million to the account in the name of A Q Q Q Q’s AR account around November 17, 2010 from the Southern Agricultural Cooperative, Seoul.

As a result, Defendant V in collusion with Q Q one copy of the private document lease contract, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the forged name AT.
