1. Defendant C, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant D
A. On November 201, 201, Defendant A, at Defendant D’s house located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M and B02, was introduced with the explanation that, by forging a monthly rent contract from Defendant D, the difference between the real estate purchase price and the deposit for lease on a deposit basis may be actually financed by obtaining a loan by means of real estate security loan, and Defendant C was introduced.

B. On April 2012, Defendant B forged private document: (a) indicated “Nreal estate” in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P 101”, “this million won” in the column for location of real estate by using an authorized type pen in the real estate lease contract form; (b) indicated “this million won” in the column for the rent (security deposit); and (c) indicated “F 29 March 2012” in the column for the contract date; and (d) indicated the lessee’s victim Q Q’s name, personal information, address, etc., and affixed Q Q’s seal created in advance to the name.
As a result, the Defendants forged one copy of the private document on the rights and obligations in Q name without authority for the purpose of uttering.
