A Imprisonment for three years, Defendant B, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment for two years, and Defendant E by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, including his personal relationship with the Defendants, is the representative director of J (hereinafter “J”) who works for electrical construction business and construction of transmission lines at the construction site of 20.2 from around 2009 to around 200, and Defendant B is the former director of J. K who worked for the field supervisor at the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Electric Power Corporation”) from around 2009 to December 201; Defendant B is the former director of the Korea Electric Power Construction Team from around 200 to around 200, and Defendant C is the latter director of the Korea Electric Power Corporation from around 200 to around 200, and Defendant C is the latter director of the Construction Site from around 200 to around 200, and Defendant C is the latter director of the Construction Site from around 200 to December 2014 to the former director of the Construction Site; and Defendant C is the latter from around 201 to the former director of the Construction Site from around 200 to December 2012.

2. Defendant C placed an order from January 2009 to December 201, 201, to the head of the V affiliated site of “345KVW Electric Transmission Construction Contract,” which was jointly concluded by V and J, and on December 2, 2010.
