Defendant
A A is a person operating the I Co., Ltd., a company that manufactures and installs landscaping facilities (hereinafter referred to as “I”), the amount equivalent to KRW 1.2 billion of the total construction cost of which is equivalent to KRW 2.7 billion, and Defendant B is a person who was the representative director of M&A, who was awarded a subcontract from J, and ordered by K (hereinafter referred to as “K”) as a director of the landscaping construction business company and executed by J (hereinafter referred to as “K”), as a “L creation work (from October 2007 to January 2007, the total construction cost of which is equivalent to KRW 20.3 billion).”

A.
