Reasons
Punishment of the crime
G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “G”) and H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “H”) were awarded contracts jointly (G 51%, H 49%) with “I and two sewage culvert rearrangement projects” (hereinafter referred to as “I sewage culvert projects”) ordered by Chuncheon City around May 29, 2012.
Co., Ltd. is a person who is designated as an executive officer by Chuncheon City as a supervisor with respect to the I Sewage culvert business, Defendant A is a person who is deemed a public official pursuant to the former Construction Technology Management Act (wholly amended by Act No. 11794, May 22, 2013) after being designated as a supervisor in charge of I Sewage culvert business from June 1, 2012.
Defendant
B is a director of G, and Defendant D is an employee of G from June 1, 2012 to October 5, 2012, stated that the instant indictment was around October 23, 2012, but according to evidence, Defendant D was recognized to have worked until October 5, 2012.
