Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act and Defendant B is a person operating the “F Gameland” on the second floor in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant C is an employee in charge of money exchange business, etc., which receives an item card from customers in the above game room and changes the same in cash. Defendant A is an employee who operates the game machine in the above game room and works for customers, such as coffee.

No one shall exchange, arrange exchange, or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.

B, from June 29, 2013 to July 2, 2013, from July 00:5, 2013, Defendant C, Defendant A, G, and H established 40 game machine of “C&D 3” in the above game room, and employed Defendant C, Defendant C, who had customers input cash in the game machine to play a game, and Defendant C paid KRW 9,000 after subtracting 10% of commission per one game if customers bring an item card out of the game machine. Defendant A, knowing that money exchange is made in the above game room, she operated the game machine with awareness of the fact that it takes place in the game room, and provided customers with cruel ties, such as coffee.

B and C conspired as above to exchange tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products, and Defendant A assisted and abetted such exchange by Defendant B and C by facilitating such exchange.

2. Defendants B and C’s obstruction of performance of official duties, and Defendant C’s injury on July 2, 2013: (a) sound the F Gameland, which is the same place as the preceding paragraph, to exchange the item card in cash, to customers at the same place; and (b) out of the entrance, the head of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station’s life order customs team leader, who received 30 items card from customers I before the entrance, taken cash at the hand, and took cash at the hand.
