Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2018, the Defendant driven C observer car with approximately 100 meters from the street in the vicinity of the Daejeon Pungdong, Daejeon Pungdong (hereinafter referred to as the "Songdong") to the street in front of the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.213% in blood.
