Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol 0.213% in blood, the Defendant driven B car at a section of approximately 50 meters in a section of approximately 50 meters in front of the same city shill-ro 852, Jyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Seoul, with the alcohol content 0.213% in alcohol level in blood.
