Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2014, at around 00:51, the Defendant driven a vehicle B in the name of the Defendant with approximately four kilometers from the old world in front of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Y 2-dong salt farm to the front of the new apartment complex of about 1279, Dong-dong, 1279, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.16%.
