Punishment of the crime

around 14:00 on November 14, 2015, the Defendant participated in the “G pan-Civic Games” organized by C (Standing Representative D) and E (F) before the Broadcasting and Communications University located in Jongno-gu Seoul University.

The above assembly was established under the direction of H (I) in advance for each sector of the "Public Vacancy Competition" planned by J (Joint Representative K).

From 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant moved along with the participants in the assembly in the front of the police vehicle set up in the entrance of the Gu office in Jongno-ro 43-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and the other participants in the assembly left the front door in front of the police vehicle set up in the Gu office, which was set up in the front of the entrance of the Gu office.
