Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2015, the Defendant participated in the National Labor Union Federation (E; hereinafter referred to as the “Private Ship”) organized by the Seoul Western-ro Seoul Central Labor Union Federation (E; hereinafter referred to as the “National Labor Union”) around 15:40 on November 14, 2015.

The above assembly was a prior assembly of labor in the field of “labor” among the prior assemblies of “private and public substitute competitions” planned by the F organization (G) which was launched by the lead of the private and public team.

The total of 66,00 people who participated in each sector's prior assembly, including the above "Korean Workers' Congress", had entered into a luminous square with the view of occupying the world as a type, paper, etc. after the completion of each prior assembly under the name of "the luminous plaza" to run.

In the above process, the Defendant occupied the lane prior to the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Loteral with the participants in a large number of assemblies around 16:56 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
