Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant participated in a meeting of "all youth substitutes" held by the Korean youth solidarity in the Park in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

At around 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant, together with the participants in the general youth assembly in the above park, was f8,000 in total, and 5 Jongno-gu in Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, was driving in the station as the station distance, the station distance, and the route of the road in Jongno-gu, Seoul. From around 16:00 on the same day to 23:10 on the same day, the Defendant occupied the lane prior to the street in Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
