A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was working in the victim C Co., Ltd. and was retired at the end of May 2013, and there is no fixed occupation, and the victim D is a person who works as the director in the above company.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. At around 01:00 on October 3, 2013, the Defendant intruded into the said computer body and monitors on the back page of the said company’s parking lot by having one computer body equivalent to KRW 1,500,000 at the market price of C owned by the said company, which was installed on the 2nd floor of the 2nd floor office, and then cut off with one computer body and monitors equivalent to KRW 20,000,000 at the lower left of the said company’s parking lot.

B. Around 01:00 on October 6, 2013, the Defendant intruded into the Defendant’s house in front of the Cheongmun, Co., Ltd., Ltd., and cut off the Defendant’s vehicle with one computer with a total of KRW 900,000,000 in the market price of KRW 1,000,000 and one computer with a total of KRW 9,000,000 in the market price of KRW 1,10,000 in the two-story office and one of the two-story offices at the market price of KRW 1,00,000 in the gold-type room.

C. On October 22, 2013, around 03:00 on October 22, 2013, the Defendant intruded into more than 3.5 million won in the market price of C owned at the 1st floor materials warehouse, and stolen the foregoing tegrative vehicle, which had four raw materials co-owners of Co., Ltd., which were stored in the 1st floor materials warehouse, and two gold tools with the market price of KRW 4,500,000 in the amount of KRW 400,000,000 in advance, and parked in front of the C tegrative vehicle.

2. At night, the Defendant was aware of the victim D’s company house at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a) in front of the date and place specified in paragraph 1(a).
