A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On November 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Seoul Northern District Court on May 5, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seongdong-gu District Court on May 5, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. A. On February 11, 2015, the Defendant: around 00:10 on February 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance to the above church restaurant run by the victim L in K in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and intruded into the said church restaurant, which was not corrected at the Manc Conference; and (b) cut off with 1.2 million won in total, the market value of the victim’s possession in the third floor worship, the sum of which was the victim’s possession in the 3rd floor worship; (c) one monitoring tower, and one monitoring tower, the sum of the market value of which is the victim’s possession in the 3rd floor counseling room.

B. On February 20, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime of February 20, 2015: (a) opened a window behind the above church and intruded into the victim’s office, which was not corrected in front of the Pridge operated by the victimO located in Chuncheon-si around 23:50 on February 20, 2015, and owned by the victim.
