Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who actually operates a restaurant in the name of "C" on the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and the first basement of Gwangju, and a person who cooks and sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products therefrom shall not make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion with the indication of origin.

Nevertheless, from July 31, 2015 to March 28, 2016, the Defendant purchased a total of KRW 2,369,740 from the “E livestock industry” in Gwangju, Seo-gu, 207 Dong 114, and 115, for a total of KRW 537.9km on 37 occasions, and expressed a false indication of the origin in the indication column of the origin in the above U.S. swine Republic of Korea to many unspecified customers who find a place of business in the above “C” restaurant, and sell it after preparing 537.9kg of the above U.S. S. swine Republic of Korea 537.9k g in the instant “S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S.
