1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Basic Facts

On September 19, 2011, the Korea Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bankruptcy Bank") was subject to business suspension disposition by the Financial Services Commission, and was declared bankrupt on September 7, 2012, and was appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy by the Defendant.

Plaintiffs are working at a bankruptcy bank, such as the entry in the “period of work” in the attached Table 2 of Claim Amount List.

It is retired workers.

The actual contents of the tax shall be paid bonus as provided in Chapter 4 of the Regulations on Benefit, Article 30 (Criteria for Payment) 1 of the bonus.

(2) Bonuses shall be classified into 400% of a regular bonus and at least 200% of a special bonus.

Special bonuses may be paid differently depending on the status of profit and loss of the company and the performance of the employee's service.

(3) The payment rate, standards and time of bonuses shall be determined by the representative director.

Article 38 (Reward) ① Each company may pay bonuses of at least 600-800% of basic pay during the year, taking into account the service performance and attendance rate of employees each year.

(2) A company may pay bonuses according to business performance, and the payment rates, methods and timing, etc. shall be determined by the company.

From 202 to 2004, the bankrupt bank paid 200% (based on the basic salary; hereinafter the same shall apply) of the bonus, etc. in each of the following: (a) from 2002 to 2004; and (b) from 2005, the bank has paid the instant snow bonus, the instant bonus, the instant bonus for the settlement of accounts, and the instant bonus for the settlement of accounts. (c) From 2005 to 300% of the amount paid.

However, the bankruptcy bank did not pay to all employees the instant business suspension disposition in 201. On January 19, 2012, the bank paid only 100% of the bonus as the snow bonus. On January 14, 2014, the bank did not fully pay the snow bonus to the retired employee.

(A) The Bankruptcy Bank shall be deemed to constitute part of the plaintiffs in this case.
