Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 328" Defendant dealt with narcotics as follows, although he is not a handler of narcotics.
1. On December 2015, the Defendant, at the parking lot of the 1st floor of the Busan BE Officetel in Busan BEtel, 0.7 grams of approximately 0.7 grams of the Mepta (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine drug contained in plastic bags, to AF, and 10,000 won from AF for the price, and 300,000 won from AF for the said Melopon in front of the AH located in Busan BG in Busan BG.
Accordingly, the Defendant sold approximately 0.7 grams to AF for approximately 400,000 won.
2. On January 12, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of phiphones into water from the toilets at the AJ market center located in Busan-gu AI, Jung-gu, Busan-gu, and administered phiphones by means of injecting them into the Defendant’s arms blood cells using a single-use injection device.
3. On January 12, 2016, at around 14:20, the Defendant possessed phiphonephones by storing approximately 2.9g of plasticphones contained in the plastic bag in front of the AJ market located in the Busan Heavy-gu AI.
"2016 Highest 739" Defendant dealt with narcotics as follows, although he is not a handler of narcotics.
1. On September 11, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant sent approximately 0.05 grams of Metepopa (one name “Wilphone”; hereinafter “Wilopaphone”) a local mental medicine on the street in front of the V hotel located in Busan Daegu U.S., to Pwikset, using Kwikset’s service, an AK’s residence, Busan, Busan, AL 701, and AK received the said Meopaphone at the above residence around the day.
Accordingly, the defendant provided AK with approximately 0.05g philophones free of charge.
2. On September 19, 2015, around 02:15, the Defendant provided AL 701, a residence of the above AK, with approximately 0.19g of philophonephones, which contained divided into three parts for a single-time injection instrument, free of charge.
