A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On September 22, 2015, around 03:30, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7 grams of Meptiles (one philopon; hereinafter “Melopon”) from D at the parking lot for the Busan Urban Complex C Apartment-gu Busan Metropolitan City, for a 300,000 won. On September 2, 2015, the Defendant administered a melopon in a way that he/she injecteds the melop (one melopon equivalent to one melopon) out of the melopic (one melopon) into the bloodline, such as the Defendant’s hand, using a single melopter.

2. On September 30, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7 grams from D from D at the above C apartment parking lot around 00:30,000 won.

3. On March 23, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.27 grams from F (G) in the street near the subway station of the subway station located in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, for about 400,000 won, and administered approximately 0.07ggg of the said fonts in the trade in French-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for the first time on April 5, 2016.

4. On April 5, 2016, around 17:05, the Defendant carried phiphones by means of storing approximately 0.2 grams of plasticphones contained in the white part of vinyl in the military blue handets possessed by the Defendant at the I gas station located in the Geum-gu Busan, Busan, on April 5, 2016.
