Punishment of the crime

The Defendants: (a) thought that the Republic of Korea would be more easily issued the Korean visa with a view to punishing money by entering the Republic of Korea; (b) asked the Korean visa to be forged in the name of the non-merchants of personal information as a hub for the local lapsying of the Korean visa; and (c) asked the F, a hub for the issuance of the visa to the Korean visa; and (d) the said forged passport documents and the false visa to enter the Republic of Korea with the name of the visa submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea by the request of the Korean company for the issuance of the false visa to the Korean visa; and (e) had the intent to enter the Republic of Korea with the Korean visa by submitting the false visa to the Korean Government of the Republic of Korea.

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On July 6, 2011, in collusion with the above E, the Defendant: (a) requested the above E to forge the AFistan passport without authority for the purpose of utteringing it to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea; and (b) the above E accepted it and posted the Defendant’s photograph as if the Defendant had a nationality of Afististan; and (c) forged the passport with the seal affixed under the name of the Afististan Kastan market.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above E, forged a passport in the name of the Afice Katan market, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant on July 201 at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea of ASEAN, the Republic of Korea, at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, in the events of the above investigation document.

As in the same paragraph, the defendant's passport in the name of the counterfeited Kapistan market was submitted to an employee who is not aware of the forgery and used it as if it were a true passport.

2. Defendant B’s crime

A. The Defendant forged private documents in collusion with the above E without authority for the purpose of exercising it to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea of the Republic of Korea, as above, around September 27, 2010.
