Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Based on the fact that the defendants, unlike China, are obtained only a simple electronic visa at the time of entry into the Republic of Korea, the defendants recruited Chinese nationals who will be present to stay in the indictment on the same day on the same day, and sent pictures to be used for a forged passport to the suspension of indictment on the same day due to the lack of contact document F personal information, and they forged the passport in China. 1. 2. In order to pretend that Chinese people, who will enter the Incheon Airport by affixing a forged passport as stated in Paragraph 1 at the time and place, as stated in Paragraph 1, passed the Incheon Airport Entry and Departure, the Defendants entered the same as “KREA IMO REA REA IMON”, “Korea ESPATRCRD, 2013, INCHEOTRRRRT, REPUB POREA” in its original form.
As a result, the Defendants in collusion with E and F, shall have one Incheon Airport departure confirmation agent in the name of the official immigration control office for the purpose of exercising.
