Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, as persons with the nationality of Pakistan, were able to receive a large amount of money in Korea, and agreed to introduce D(one name D) of the nationality of Pakistan, which is an entry hub, to enter Korea, and to grant D 10,000 U.S. dollars on the condition that D will enter Korea.

The Defendants heard from D that the Korean consular official, rather than the Korean consular official of Pakistan, would be easy to issue the visa, and introduced a forgery hub of a non-regular passport on the part of the Republic of Korea in order to make a non-resident passport.

Since then, Defendant A received one copy of the forged passport (used passport number G), a forged passport (used passport number: H), which is a private document under the name of the Apististan City in the name of the Defendant’s photograph, (used passport number: G), Defendant B entered the name as H, date of birth as H, and one copy of the forged passport (used passport number: passport number) in the name of the Apistan City in which the Defendant’s photograph was attached.

1. Defendant A

A. On August 3, 2011, the Defendant presented a visa to a Korean consular official who is not a Korean consular official without knowledge of such forged fact in order to apply for a visa at the Korean consular official located in Afrantan. On December 28, 2011, the Defendant applied for refugee status to change the visa at the Seoul Immigration Office located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and presented the forged passport to an employee who is not an immigration office at the immigration office.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the forged passport as above.

(b) When a foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act enters the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain a valid passport and visa issued by the Minister of Justice;
