1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to 10 months, and the defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A was sentenced by the Daejeon High Court on March 30, 2007 to eight years of imprisonment for robbery and injury, and completed the execution of the sentence in the official prison on August 16, 2014.

B On April 30, 2014, the District Court sentenced on one year to a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (competence) at the Jung-gu District Court on April 30, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan prison on August 12, 2014.

C On March 14, 2014, the District Court sentenced 8 months to a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Cheongbu District Court on April 14, 2014 and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the medical prison on April 14, 2014

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On December 2014, the Defendant received approximately 1g of the psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, (i) the psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, (ii) sent to H at the accommodation located behind the G principal meeting located in Busan City F, at around 19:00 as of the end of December 2014.

B. 4. At the early 19:00, Swelves sold and purchased approximately 1g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs in the Melish parking lot located in J of the Gu, with H being 400,000,000 won from H, and which were psychotropic drugs in the Melish. D.

On May 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 1750,00 to B at the same place as the above B on May 15, 2015; and (b) purchased and sold approximately KRW 6g of the psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs, from B, from May 15, 2015.

E. The Defendant, who committed a sale around May 16, 2015, was parked in the KMoel parking lot located in the GuJ during the period of Ansan-si around 07:00 on May 16, 2015.
