Defendants shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendants are the employees working as US dollars at C post offices.

On February 27, 2014, around 21:30 on February 27, 2014, the victim E and the victim guard F sent back to the site after receiving a report that they are suffering from disturbance within the colonial group in front of the 115 smuggling, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul. However, the restaurant operator demanded the Defendants to leave the restaurant without wanting to punish the Defendants, thereby trying to take measures to leave the restaurant and cab outside the restaurant.

Accordingly, Defendant A set off the front of the victim F in order to take a measure for returning home to the taxi of Defendant B, “I will see what I go to go to the si,” and pushed off the ship, and assaulted the right side of the victim E, who was restraind from this, with head, and Defendant B asked Defendant B to go to the patrol lane, but refused the request, on the ground that Defendant B refused the request to go to the patrol lane, “I will live immediately, I will live in the same way, I will do so,” and the victim G used the victim’s violent event as a mobile phone to take a dynamic image, and used it to take the body.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by the victim police officers.
