Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2013, at around 03:22, the Defendant received 112 reports to the “Cdab” located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City(Seoul Special Metropolitan City), and discovered police officers who confirmed the details of the report.

피고인은 위 112사건과 아무런 상관이 없는데도 D지구대 소속 경찰공무원 경위 E에게 “니들 뭐하는 거냐 ”라며 시비를 계속하여 위 E으로부터 귀가할 것을 요구받자, ”씹쌔끼야, 차를 여기 대고 뭐하는 거냐 “라며 어깨로 E의 몸을 밀치며 폭행하는 등 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
