If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2013, at around 22:50, the Defendant: (a) went from a private taxi operated by the victim C in front of the Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and (b) destroyed the property so that the victim, who was closeing the early door, would walk the part of even kn't in a bad manner and walked down, would be approximately KRW 400,000,000 of the repair cost.
