A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. At around 10:06 on March 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received philophones by delivering philophones with approximately 0.1g of philophones sent by D free of charge in front of Seopo-si E, Seopo-si; and (b) received philophones by delivering philophones from a face-to-face engineer with no name.

3. The Defendant, who administered philophones, at approximately 11:00 on November 28, 2018.

At the place indicated in the port, approximately 0.05 g opon was dilutioned with copon, and was administered in a way of injection with a single-use injection device into the spopon, and the copon was administered seven times from the above date to March 30, 2019 as shown in the list of crimes.
