A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1,600,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philophone; hereinafter “philophones”), as follows:

1. On June 5, 2018, the Defendant, around 20:17, transferred KRW 400,000 to an account of AMF bank (AO) in the name-unregistered seated at the AMF dong branch located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si. At around that time, the Defendant received approximately 0.5 g of phiphones attached to the back of the name address of the non-road building located in Guro-gu Seoul at the time of transfer of KRW 400,000 to the AMF bank account (AO).

2. On July 5, 2018, the Defendant wired 400,000 won to the account of the EF association (G) in the namelessly named E at the AP association effective point of the AP association located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, from July 5, 2018.
