1. On September 2013, the Defendants: (a) collected money together with a policeman on early 2013; and (b) decided to purchase psychotropic drugs Mepters (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); and (c) Defendant B transferred KRW 200,000 to D the purchase price of Melopon by aggregating KRW 100,000 received from Defendant A and one hundred thousand,000,0000,000 won.

On September 4, 2013, the Defendants received approximately 0.1g of the Ansan bus terminal freight center located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and received approximately 0.1g of the penphones sent D, at the same place as D around the 6th day of the same month, and received approximately 0.1g of the penphones sent by D at the same place as D around the same month.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to provide D with KRW 200,00,000 and purchased approximately 0.2 gramphones.

2. Defendant B

A. On August 11, 2013, the Defendant purchased the said opphone from D to the account known by D around the 12th day of the same month, within the category of 200,000 won, which was parked in the vicinity of the Msan Terminal in the Masan-si 2-dong, Changwon-si. The Defendant purchased the said opphone.

B. On August 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from A and sold 0.09g philophones within the franchise vehicle of A parked on the Myeon and Myeon and Myeon and Myeon and Dong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul; and (b) sold 0.09g philophones.

C. Around September 4, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philophones purchased from D in a single-use injection vehicle, and injected them into the arms after being melted in the water, which was parked near the above Ansan Terminal, around September 6, 2013. (2) around September 6, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophones purchased from D into a single-use injection vehicle, such as paragraph (1), and injected them into the arms.
