A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1.20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional collection.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On January 2014, the Defendant and C conspired to purchase and administer psychotropic drugs, along with C, in the vicinity of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Daedong (hereinafter referred to as “clopon”). The Defendant, in the vicinity of the king market located in Singu-si, Singu-si on the same day, purchased 400,000 won of copon to C, and C, purchased copon’s copon copon copon copon c, and purchased copon copon copon copon c, in which the trade name near the Singu-dong, cannot be known, with C, put the copon copon into a glass, put the copon into a hopon into a hopter, and copon copon copon copher in a way that it inhales

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and administered philophones in collusion with the above C.

2. Joint criminal conduct of the accused, C, E, and F;

A. On February 2014, the Defendant, at the H office operated by F in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, proposed to purchase and administer phiphones, and then called D from the area near the king market located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) moved F vehicle to the king market; (b) 400,000 won at the place; and (c) purchased phiphones fphones c, E, and F; and (b) around the same day, the Defendant administered phiphones fphones c, E, and F in the manner described in the preceding paragraph, in which it is impossible to identify the trade name located in the Gyeongdong-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased and administered philophones in collusion with the above C, A, and F.

B. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased 400,000 won or less from a male in the name of a man with the foregoing C, E, and F within the toilet located in Suwon-si; and (b) administered phiphones in the same manner as described in the preceding paragraph at the above H office at around 23:50 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased and administered philophones in collusion with the above C, E, and F.
