1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 15, 2012, the Defendant discovered that, around 15:00, a luxured car door was not locked, which was parked in front of the Busan East-dong, Busan-dong, 79-3.

The Defendant opened a front door and entered a vehicle, and 300,000,000,000 won of the market value, 250,000,000 won of the market value, 1 male wallet, cash 20,000,000 won of the market, 20,000,000 won of the market, 3 US dollars 2,000,000,000,000,000 won of the market value, and 1 gold-type 50,000,000 won of the market value.

From May 2012 to August 2012, 2012, the Defendant stolen money and valuables worth KRW 1,765,000 in total, on six occasions, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.

2. On August 13, 2012, the Defendant, on August 13, 2012, found up one set of the following: (a) a card, one modern card, four points card, four points card, two (2) a motor vehicle key, in the victim’s fluence, lost by the victim C, in the victim’s fluence of the first floor of Busan-dong, Busan-dong, Busan-dong, 187-1.

The defendant did not take necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim and did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

On August 13, 2012, around 20:30 on August 13, 2012, the Defendant presented to employees F a set-off card (G) in the name of D, as described in paragraph (2), in the soup and soup bank in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, as if he was entitled to use the card, and the Defendant had F pay 110,000 won of soup on the card.

As a result, the Defendant, by deceiving F, exempted the payment of KRW 110,000,00 from the payment of soup fee, obtained the pecuniary profit equivalent to the same amount.
