A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and three years of suspended execution as a crime of attempted special larceny at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on November 8, 2012, and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and three years of suspended execution as a crime of attempted special larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on September 5, 2013, and on September 13, 2013, two suspended execution sentenced to one year and six months as a crime of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Theft at the Seoul Central District Court on September 13, 2013 became final and conclusive, and the execution of all of the sentence was terminated in the Chuncheon Prison on September 28, 2016. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul East Eastern District Court as a special larceny and completed the execution of the sentence in the former prison on November 8, 2017.
