1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is under confinement in Busan Correctional Institution located in 29 U.S. in Busan Gangseo-gu.

On November 26, 2014, at around 11:20 on November 26, 2014, the Defendant, in the front corridor of the 21st floor of the 10th floor of the Busan Correctional Institution, was considerably divided into a prison officer and talked with a prison officer, and damaged the 26,000 won of the market price of the wall of the prison which was caused by the wall.

Accordingly, the defendant has harmed the utility of goods used by public offices.
